How it runsEdit
HTML documents are mostly delivered by HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol) from a server or through email. HTTP helps add images, sounds, Gifs, and etc. Meta type shows the web browser how to handle the content. The document is created by a user and through software is uploaded to a server which sends it to the web. Anyone can edit a web page but putting it back on line for everyone else to see is only done by people who have access to the server.
